Netflix is slow in downloading video - 2x speed(high speed setting)

Netflix is slow in downloading video - 2x speed - Looks like for 45 mins video it will go for more than an hour or so.

The 2x speed needs a good network to make sure a smooth playback of Netflix video. You may turn off 2x speed to have a try first.

UPDATE:
During the playback/download, do you often receive this "circle", if yes, then it would need more time than the actual movie runtime, as it needs buffer due to slow network.

No i dont get this circle at all(i use my broadband thro wifi and also through lan). When I switch off 2x speed its still slow only.

hi,

The pc web speed is not equal to the pc access video site speed.
The 3020 version will down to 0.5x and up to 1.5x speed.
If the speed drop to 1x or below, It will auto change 2x speed after 3minutes.
If it goes to 1.5x, may not be update if web or update. This will fix retry to 2x in next version.

Still the netflix speed is very slow - 2X or 1X i tried both. Pls find attached logs. Using latest version of downloader - 3.0.2.1
