After downloading a video and importing it into Pinnacle Studio, there is no sound. How do I get the sound with it. The sound is there when playing the mp4 outside Pinnacle, but after importing, it is a silent video.

I found out this only happens with Disney Plus. When I download with others, i.e. Peacock, the sound is there. It seems to be specific to Disney Plus.Comment

After getting an email from Mona at DVDFAB, she told me to download MediaInfo and run it against the video file. The sound was E-AC-3. Pinnacle doesn't handle it, only AC3. I ran it through a video converter to convert the audio and now I have the sound in Pinnacle.Comment
