Tried this no luck. I noticed when the video starts to process it will say analyzing then downloading audio switch to processing and fail. Or other times in the middle of downloading the video it switches to saying downloading audio then fails. Behavior has not changed between the last three versions of the software.

Mona....it only downloaded for me after I would have to constantly restart because I would get failures. Once I restarted it would download 1 or 2 more files, then stop again

Same problem - some episodes seem to download cleanly on the 1st try but others require multiple attempts. I don't have that problem with any of the other VIP services.

Log attached for She Hulk S1-E1 which failed on the 1st attempt.

Any update on this? I still have to retry things on Disney+ multiple times before they actually download

                Performed an experiment on Disney+

                1. Uninstalled Streamfab and deleted/erased all traces of StreamFab on PC
                2. Re-installed StreamFab manually, latest version: 5056
                3. Put temp folder into different location from default
                4. Shut down firewall
                5. Loaded up assorted Disney TV shows and movies

RESULTS: 41 downloaded, 59 FAILED before all downloading terminated

Failures happened on remux or immediately when trying to process

I've been advising StreamFab about this since August 11th and nothing has been done or even any updates regarding if it can be fixed. That is completely unacceptable

                  Sounds like a combination of...

                  StreamFab
Is there a limit on how much I can download? If so, why?
Yes, there is a limit. 50 downloads per streaming service, per day. For more details see -> https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...n-on-downloads

                  Disney+
So over the past few days, I had been queueing up the Simpsons TV series and downloading over night. I've completed up to Season 8. Today when I tried to sign into Disney+ via StreamFab, I got a black screen, no graphics or sign in options. Upon deleting my SF temp folders and trying again, I got to the Disney+ Login screen

Cats4u....this has nothing to do with the limits. I've very familiar with the limits. This is a case of failures all over the download queue not all the files downloading then stopping due to the limit! No rhyme nor reason to when the failures would happen. It might go 2 successful, then 10 not, then 1 success, then not! THIS HAPPENS ON THE VERY FIRST FILE DOWNLOADING!!! You have to escape StreamFab, go back in and start over then you get a couple more successes and then nothing!

I will pass your latest log file to the developer for checking.

I hope it provides them more data to get it fixed. Thanks Mona

I noticed when they fail it shows it downloading the video way to fast then before the status bar finishes it says downloading audio then processing then remuxing and errors out. It looks as though it really doesn't down load everything initially but thinks it does. When a retry works it takes much longer to download the video and audio and it completes the status bar for each task not like when it fails it does everything and only fills the task bar once.

bdg.....great observation...I think I'll play around with the turbo mode, redoing my last experiment for data and see what happens...

Well, switching off turbo mode did nothing....same results...scatter successful downloads, mostly fails.

Just checking in again to see if there is any update? I still continue to have these problems only with Disney+
