Chill out on CRACKLE guys.....the site was completely redone. And....when I say completely....I mean Completely. They even changed CDN's.
Even the old M3U8 files that were freely accessible are now encrypted.

The Module is not going to be fixed...it's going to have to be rebuilt from the bottom up. Sorry...but the OLD Crackle Site is gone and has been replaced with a new one. It happens.

It's basically PLUTO that I believe the members are upset with. Crackle itself is a crap provider, anything decent can be found on a plethora of other providers they have no original content and I personally wouldn't miss them if they disappeared. When you join Crackle you have to agree to allow their cookies, as a lot of providers do also, but at least with other providers, they give you some quality content.

@jimc115: Read this entire post. The above doesn't explain why some CAN download from Crackle and others can't.

@Chameleon: That's your opinion, and I, and obviously others, disagree, not to mention the facts (.). Streamfab charges $50 for this module and WE would like it fixed.

I didn't say they aren't going to fix it. I stated the facts for you. It is NOT going to be fixed overnight. Nothing I've seen shows anyone can currently download from Crackle.

              How about Pluto Jim,
It's been weeks since that also has been working. I happen to enjoy that site and would like to see it fixed. That said, these providers are aware of the downloaders (I think) and are making changes to thwart them. So I am not going to push this, I understand what is happening ( if that's what it is).

Mona, just a reminder, as it's been a while, Crackle module has not been fixed, even in 6003 (though thank you for fixing Pluto).

Again, log that wouldn't attach to post above (limit of only one attachment per post?).

And how is that certin (sic) other company doing with getting your Days of our Lives on Peacock?
Oh, that's right, the AngryFox wrote, "The developers would have to answer that question but for now, its on hold."

Not quite true what you wrote but I bet it is remembered when you want something from this company.

Thank you for this picture Cat4u. Now I can do it too. I don't think it should be here but you make it available.

                              Broken for me...version 6.0.0.3

I discovered that I had to re-create my Crackle account, but that did not resolve the "failure after Analyzing video" issues.

Pluto is working for me...think it was just recently fixed..I don't use it much. ...not that I don't like it....just haven't gotten around to it.
Sorry for the long reply time. My post only concerned Crackle...I never used SF to download from Crackle....there was an easy way to download commercial free and at the highest quality....higher than SF offered. It was also possible to download seasons that were previously on but no longer available via their GUI. Anyway...that's gone. All streams are now Widevine or PlayReady protected.
The site coding changed in two stages, explaining why some people could still download limited shows....it's now completely changed.

I can also tell you that several PRIVATE apps to get CRACKLE no longer work either and have not been fixed....my whole point was it's going to be as if it were never a Module. It's going to have to be recreated from the bottom up....brand new.

Pluto was just a minor change...don't know why it took so long to fix. Anyway...I'm more concerned about the recent limit problem. 50 means 50...not 10-20.
I've been stopped after as few as 10 downloads on Amazon in the last few days.....and I'm like everyone else, trying to beat the Dec 6th changeover.
