How can I pull up the dialog box to add the text file.
Do I need to copy and paste a generic youtube url?

Not sure what the command line has to do with it...

beamer: Yes. Just copy a youtube url to the clipboard and if you have the Monitor clipboard option enabled, you will get the pop-up where you can browse to the text file...
