Amazon Downloader still not analyzing HD seasons correctly

Hello everyone, I posted this issue before but after some more updates, it's still there. I'm trying to download Season 19 of Thomas & Friends from Amazon Prime UK, but as the earlier seasons (such as Season 5) are in 480p only, the entire T&F series gets analyzed from the first season's quality (so 480p). I do not have the option to select 1080p for the later seasons, please fix this.

Sadly not, as I purchased an SD season (Season 5). People who don't buy anything of the series only have the HD seasons available with Prime.

If you bought the SD version, why do you expect to get HD videos? Only you can "fix this" by buying the correct version. Furthermore, each collection is separate. Season 5 does not have to be downloaded with Season 19 or vica versa.

The thing is: Series 5 is only in SD, that is true, I bought it that way.

However, Series 19 IS available in 1080p, and just selecting THAT season to download, I can't select a resolution more than SD quality which isn't right.

Also, it's very weird that you say you bought Season 5 as it is included in Prime. So are the 1080p Seasons (18, 19, 20, 21)

Good luck figuring it out. I'm staying out of it. The only reason I'm posting at all right now is because I was involved in the original posts and I thought the problem had already been solved by downloading the seasons separately.

Oh i didn't notice... He says Amazon Prime UK in the 1st post...

But if not really in UK, makes way more sense to sub to Amazon Prime US since it has way more content than the other countries... Unless some stuff is only available in UK like some of the stuff that is available in Canada but not US
