        Hey guys,

This *seems* to be a StreamFab server side issue for coding/interfacing with HBO Max direct website in conjunction with HBO Max changes.

(Anyone using HBO Max via Amazon as a channel want to test StreamFab & verify it works?)

I got the same "failed" error as user Zapt above during the last processing phase.

I can download The Last of Us SE107 in H264 & H265 via The Competitor at 720p without issues from HBO Max direct website.

Tried 3 different versions of StreamFab (6111, 6108 & 6107) with various settings (H264/H265 1080p/720p selected for download) - - all errored out.

Did full uninstall via Windows add/remove and deleted configuration for each version above.

Installed from offline versions of full StreamFab program.

Cleared Logs/Temp/Cache files for StreamFab each time.

Logged into HBO Max direct website and logged off all devices each time and then logged back into HBO Max direct website via browser prior to logging into StreamFab HBO Max direct website (after resetting settings in menus)

        Attached - error logs

I did do a test download of episode 7 off of Amazon with StreamFab. The download was successful at 1080p.

The download configuration was set to H265.

            Blurayfan,

            Thanks!

So people that subscribe thru HBO Max as a channel on Amazon Prime can get 1080p using StreamFab.

You guys know that even if you subscribe to the HBO site, you can still have a free trial on Amazon if you need a few things, I mean it is a good trial.

Having the same problem here with episode 7 of The Last of Us. The other six episodes processed fine immediately before it failed on episode 7.

I've tried to record episode 7 for 3 days now with the same problem. Any idea if this is being looked at?

We could not duplicate the problem, testing with v6111 HBO Max Downloader. Please try it again, thanks.

I am able to download S01E08 without issue. S01E07 I am unable to download in HD. The max I can get is 960x540.

Great. Odd issue. Never would of though about this if E08 hadn't D/L without issue.

Likewise, I'm getting the same problem with Episode 7. Error processing the video.
