    I have v6.1.2.2 and on downloading The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy, all episodes 1-8 download except for #7, I get error "Failure excessing video information, please check connection or contact us for help." StreamFab.log

      Same problem here with Ted Lasso S03E10 but I was able to download the first 3 episodes of High Desert. Tried Ted Lasso 3-10 with 6112, 6117, 6118, 6121, 6122 and 6123 to no avail.

                      Good evening. I too am having this issue. I am glad to hear it is not just me. I do have the latest version and I just installed it again with no fix. Attached is my log.

                        We cannot playback the episode 7 and Episode 8 on regular browsers, can you play them?
