I spoke too soon. Version 6.1.2.8 Windows (US) has crashed 4 times during startup while "Loading task queue." The last three crashes were in a row--two during the same computing session and a third when launching it after a reboot. The program no longer works at all for me.
I don't know if it's related, but prior to the crashes I added my first show to the Max Scheduled list. My old, lengthy HBOMax Scheduled list is still there, but is being ignored I think, and the show I added to the Max list was already in the HBOMax lisr, too. Log files from today are enclosed.

ADDED: Hmmm... It finally launched on the fifth try.
I too was able to download one season of a TV show after installing and using 6.1.2.8 before I started getting the "Something went wrong" error and haven't been able to download anything since.
I am not able to use HBOMax now... the MAX says is not available to my region, and if I use the old HBOMax for europe, when I click on the movies/shows, it opens them and doesnt analyse them. So there is no window at all for downloading.
Hi all, please clean the caches and temp files and then rerun StreamFab v6128 to try it again. If still have a problem, please feedback with detail and the latest log files, thank you.
I did the above, then tried downloading a show (The Carbanaro Effect S02E01). At first I got the usual "Something Went Wrong" screen, but then it switched to the Analysing Video URL pop-up. However, it remained stuck there, even after 5 mins.
I did the above and got an endless "Analyzing Video URL ..." window after clicking on The Righteous Gemstones. I let it try for a half hour or close to it. The behavior has been the same on two separate computers with 6127 as well as 6128 (both versions tried on both PCs).
Clearing the cache did fix the startup crash that occurs while "Loading task queue," but only temporarily. I was able to successfully run StreamFab once or twice before the same crash issue resurfaced. Clearing the cache yet again resolved it again.
Note: Clearing the cache also deletes the Max login info. Is there a folder or username/password file we can leave while deleting the rest of the cache?
Also, have the developers come up with a recommendation for handling the Scheduled items for HBOMax and Max? See this post.
