    6.1.3.4, Amazon/Starz "Failure processing the video, please contact us for help"

    Tried downloading from Amazon using my Starz subscription, season 6 of the series "Wagon Train". Each episode failed with the message "Failure processing the video, please contact us for help". I confirmed that I can successfully play these episodes on my Roku box.

    try clearing your cookies & site data for amazon - restart streamfab and retry downloading from Stars again.
    see if that works.

      Didn't change anything. Also upgrading to the latest version didn't help.
