Netflix Netflix standard with publicity

This might sounds as a silly question but if I take the Netflix profile with publicity, is the publicity right in the middle like Youtube. If at the begining, does STREAMFAB pass over it?

Ads appear in Netflix at various times during the movie. However, Streamfab downloads the movies without those ads!
