Netflix Can't stay signed into Netflix

When I try to navigate or search for a title it shows nothing. I click on the Netflix logo to take me back to home and I have to sign back in again.

Same here, this just started this weekend, the search function is not working and logs you out......you can only play or watch whatever what is displayed. I tried using my computer browser with Netflix to search and it doesn't kick me out to log back in, it works. Was on V 6.1.5.0 and upgraded to V6.1.5.1 with no change so something changed with using Netflix with StreamFab.

I am also getting "Pardon the Interruption" as a hard stop as with poster 'Liefy001', I was getting it before with only some downloads, but that message never prevented a download to continue or be added to the queue to download.

      Pillow & Down2Earth :

We will need more information from you. Along with a StreamFab.log, please provide the following:
      • StreamFab Version, Platform and OS
      • Netflix region
      • If you are spoofing your region, is it with a proxy service or smart DNS service? Which service specifically?
      • Have you try the standard fixes/workaround such as closing and reopening StreamFab?
      • Have you tried to reboot your computer?
      • Have you gone to your Netflix account settings and logout of all devices and sign back in with StreamFab?
I have just tested it with Netflix Canada, Netflix US and Netflix Germany and i do not experience this problem.
      • StreamFab v6.1..5.1, Win x64, Windows 11 Pro
      • Netflix Canada, Netflix US and Netflix Germany
      • Control D

Works fine for me also with the competition, StreamFab does not. Just tried again and it is not logging me out like before but still not pulling up movies when searching. Also, I am not getting the 'Pardon the Interruption' message like as I was over the weekend.

Don't know what spoofing your region means. Tried all the standard fixes...all of them from 'Liefy001' post which is four pages of ideas with a similar issue to help.
Tried rebooting and as noted it all works in a normal browser, I'm using (Edge). Streamfab log attached as requested. StreamFab Log.txt

Spoofing your region mean you trick Netflix into thinking you are in a different region than you really are. For example, you could be in the US but making Netflix think you are in Canada because there is a show on there that is available only in Canada.

FYI for you and MrGrackle, North America is not specific enough. There are 2 countries in NA and they both have different content on Netflix, Amazon, Discovery+ and Paramount+. These are the ones i know of firsthand.

I took a look at your log and we are missing the initialization part. That is where cookies get loaded and a lot of other important things are happening.

Please close StreamFab, delete the StreamFab.log file, open StreamFab, repeat the steps that get you logged out and then close StreamFab and upload the resulting log.

            Thanks

Thanks for enlighten me on spoofing... definitely not doing that, as I have no means to do that.

I'm kind of a private guy that keep his guards up. I just said North America because it is so broad, where I like to keep it that way.

I did what you asked and deleted my whole StreamFab log and went through the steps to reload a fresh log with Netflix. StreamFab log.txt

Let me know in response if I did it right this time. I'm trying to help and pretty much gave up in replying to any post lately. With you as a Mod now there is that old saying.....'Keep hope alive"

Actually you edited the log file and we need the full log file.

I have logged out of all my devices including all StreamFab installs (4) and i can now reproduce the issue.

My guess would be a gradual rollout of some change and that may be why some are ok and others aren't. I will send my log file to the developers.

This is happening to me as well, strangely just noticing it this morning when trying to add items to a queue (haven't successfully used the module since 11/26). In my case, I was on the Netflix module and searching for titles to add to the queue, and it worked for about 3-4 titles when suddenly I would search for the next item and it came up "not found". I tried that for different titles, kept getting the same message. Noticed I had been logged out, so I logged back in, chose my profile (this is a multi-family-member account), but it ended up choosing the primary profile instead of mine. Switched to my profile and started searching again but no titles were found.

I then cleared the SF cache and logfiles, logged back in to Netflix, chose my profile (and the primary profile ended up getting used for whatever reason), said eff it and then started copying/pasting URLs to be able to add them to the queue. It worked for about 4 titles and then on the last one I tried I noticed I had been logged out. The logfile for this round of testing is attached.

Interestingly/strangely, yesterday when I was downloading from Disney+, at some point (not sure when as I was not at home) I was also logged out because many of the titles I was trying to get were coming up "not found, make sure you have access to the file", and I had noticed I was logged out. After I logged back in and resumed the downloads it was fine. I don't have the logfile for that as it was cleared this morning from the Netflix issue, but FWIW that's also a multi-family-member account.

Thank you for the extra details BradYonder. I also have multiple profiles with Netflix.

I sent my log to StreamFab and they were able to reproduce the issue

since upgrading to the new version, I'm unable to view anything within steamfab for netflix. Prime works fine.

The devs are working on it. I have asked for an ETA and will see what they say when they start work in approximately 10 hours

I use StreamFab on Windows 11 Pro Build 22621.2715, I7-6700 CPU, 32 GB RAM, Region: Germany

Every time I start Netflix in Streamfab I have to log in manually. After I selected a series or movie to download, in the background I get logged out from Netflix, as you can see on the attached images. I changed my Netflix settings to H265 - SDR, because with H264 I only was able to select a download once in a while and the section "My list" was empty. The downloads run properly but every time I want to select a new download, I have to log on manually.

My log and some screenshots are attached.
