    Amazon Chapter Bug Fixed?

Did I miss the memo? Looks like all my mkv files now have chapters from Amazon. Before it would only work 1 out of 100 times, now it is consistent, every download hes them.
Will the other issues addressed as well that were in the same post? One of them, if I recall is the cover.jpg, and a few other things that were downloaded, but never carried over in the remux.

    Hi,

The Amazon chapter information is based on Amazon X-Ray Scene information.

And I confirmed that the S2 E21 and 22 of Criminal Minds not include the scene information in Amazon, but the others included.

It's easy to check it when playing the video.

    1. Play the video.

    2. Open the X-Ray.

    3. Check it include the [Scene] tab.

And for the cover problem, I will check it, it can be supported in the MKV metadata.

After 40 or so successful downloads, I got two in a row that did not create chapter marks. What did I do differently? I replaced mkvmerge.exe with a most recent version. There must be something else internal related to this specifically. I find the chapters excessive so it's no terrible loss, some chapters are literally 1 second long. I still wish cover.jpg worked though. Sure, I can do them manually, but why?

Please provide the titles of the media that don't have chapters so we can look into it. If you could also provide one title that worked so we can compare.

NCIS, CSI, CSI NY, CSI Miami, Criminal Minds.
As of late they have all worked. What had broken it for me recently was replacing mkvmerge, but upon running the system the next day, it worked fine. I want to assume there must have been a running task that did not take kindly to replacing that exe.

[EDIT] no sooner did I say it's all good, S2 E21 and 22 of Criminal Minds did not yield chapters. I highly suspect if I kill the program and restart it, it will fix it. Maybe not?

Will we get a working cover.jpg next since the data is downloaded already and apparently works on mp4 format?

None of these issues are critical, just nice to have. The cover.jpg is minimal too, sometimes I have to visit the prime page and save it and remux as the default windows inserted image is a blank or white screen (probably a fade in or fade out) of the show.

Thanks Wilson.Wang for the response. So the provider is all over the place on xray or not!
As far as cover.jpg, inside my Metapicture\ folder, there are indeed images for literally everything I have downloaded. They all appear to be PNG files though. Is that where the images are supposed to be stored? It would appear that THREE copies of the same image are saved. I just deleted over 15,000 images to clean up the folder a bit.
