For some reason i am only getting an sd dowload for Jurassic Park

I have no access to logs ..
.. but if you mean original Jurassic Park from 1993:

Because it's from Universal and Netflix limits this.

Since mid Oct 2023 NF only offers 540p for Sony and Universal Movies, if Widevine
Software Decryption is used. Better quality is only with Hardware Decryption.

NF own Production are not affected (FullHD or more - depending on the subscription) {source}

No official info - but the limits are set by the studios for exclusive license deals
