alwayes getting error trying download NF content, what could it be?

I think a problem with your vpn or Netflix Account.

Can you play the show in your Browser?

- If not then change the vpn server
- if yes look in SF settings where is your temp
close SF, delete (or rename) the temp folder, reboot and try again

I would think the show is not offered in 240p
