Download MKV and Atmos - Netflix

    Netflix Download MKV and Atmos - Netflix

    I am new to the StreamFab. My first use of it is with Netflix.

    It only appears to download in MP4.
    1. Is there a setting that will allow the download to MKV format?
    2. If not, when I convert the MP4 to MKV on my computer before putting on my server... am I losing or gaining anything by converting it to MKV?

    It always downloads audio in ACC and I lose the original Atmos format.
    1. Is there any way to download the audio in Atmos?

    If they are new, they ask for their money back. The program is currently broken indefinitely!

      click the 3 hamburger lines in the upper right hand corner of the streamfab interface,
      click VIP Settings - under video format, change MP4 to MKV

      the audio issues may be due to the DRM issue so AAC audio may only be currently available on some titles.

            As you can see in the red banner on top, currently there is a DRM issue going on. For Netflix, that means any content released after January 25, 2024 cannot be downloaded (the newest version of Streamfab "re-encode" those videos), so the audio issue might relate to that. It should still work for old contents with audios intact... I'm currently using version 6.1.66, which works perfectly for Netflix's older contents, so I don't know how the newest version works.
