No problem in the interpretation... your english is perfect!

I will external update or totally reinstall clean.
    I'll report back.

Sorry, small misunderstanding (I am not a native English speaker)
I meant append (attaching) to your post here in the forum
(see #2 "Otherwise post your StreamFab.log")

But since I now know that - contrary to all recommendations in the forum -
the online updater was used, it would be advisable to first
try removing and reinstalling using the offline installer.

I renamed the .log file and tried. It failed.
I appended the new log info to the original .log file.

    What next?

    Should I reinstall SF?

It shouldn't actually have anything to do with your regular Chrome browser outsite SF

SF used its own CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework)
Thank you... that was part of my initial question.
I could not understand why I needed to be checking settings with the regular browser.

I did have a previous version of SF. I updated to 6195.
Restarted SF and checked... it is 6195.

Tried NF again and got the same results.
I looked at the WidevineCdm and the folder i have is like yours... 4.10.2710.0
What's interesting is going to chrome://components and looking at the Widevine Content Decryption Module it shows to be up-to-date with 4.10.2830.0

In the Chrome Browser I have cleared all cache and saved data.

If I open my Chrome browser and log into NF and play the title, it works fine...

I will now reinstall Chrome. (The last of the Chrome steps)
did you update streamfab using the auto updater within streamfab or reinstall
    using the offline installer ??

Looks like a Widevine problem - here

    check %LocalAppData%\CEF\User Data\WidevineCdm

started a topic Netflix Netflix Error M7701-1003

    Netflix Error M7701-1003

When trying to download a title I receive the above Error. "Pardon The Interruption please visit chrome settings/content" yada yada

#1 I am using the StreamFab Application on a Windows computer.

I probably do not understand something very simple, but I could use your guidance.
When choosing Netflix, it allows me to log into my account.
I then choose a title and click on the play button.
    Then the error shows up.

The Chrome link takes me to telling me how to check the settings in my Chrome browser to "Can play protected content". I go to my Chrome browser and the setting is accurate.

What I am not understanding is the connection between the StreamFab app and a Chrome browser. Is Chrome an internal app within StreamFab or is StreamFab pointing to a Chrome browser behind the scenes?

My question is how to fix the issue so I can get back to using Netflix.

    Thanks in adfvance.
Working...
