StreamFab General Query Error 310: Joyn, prime, netflix with 6.1.9.5 (It's fixed on server.)

    Everything was still working yesterday.
Today I have an error 310 when downloading beoi Joyn, netflix and amazon prime - so far with every program I've tried. I am in germany

Edit: Just a minute ago Netflix suddenly started working again. But Prime is currently analyzing itself to death...

    5 Min. later: Again Error 310 :-(

          @ peter777

          Code:
          [Log]: Download error: Md5 inconsistent
          [Log]: http status code: 502
[Critical]: "[DownloadNetflix]" **** Parse MPD data fail.
Either you have a network problem or, even more likely, an incorrect proxy setting

Please close SF and open %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab
          open your StreamFab.ini with Editor
find the line starts with NetProxy
          and copy or type: NetProxy=0|0||0||
save changed ini, and then test again

          If failed:
          Delete or Rename %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab
Delete or Rename your SF temp Folder (D:\Video\FAB\cache)
And use the Offline Installer to re-install
Last edited by Germania; 08-23-2024, 11:45 AM. Reason: forget save ini

I can confirm that I also get ‘Error code: 310’ with 6.1.9.5

I'm going to follow the instructions to see if it works

A possible cause for the currently frequent 310 (unknown error)

What nonsense is this, none of it is working now, it gives error code 310, what should we do now?

I can confirm that I'm also getting the ‘Error code: 310’ with 6.1.9.5, whereas with the previous version I had no problem. I followed the advice on the forum to try and solve the problem, but unfortunately it didn't help

Some episodes manage to download, others don't ;p

Did all you wrote. Now all is broken. Cant login to netflix - no reaction when giving in Mail & psw

And amazon is still having error 310 - now i go back to old settings

At least it randomly downloads - a "wheel of fortune" ;-)

It seems to be an general problem - so much users have this error

                            Please see my post #8

This currently also affects systems that worked x hours ago and has nothing to do with the SF version

same issue - started last night with prime and roku modules - was at 6.1.9.3 - did an offline upgrade to current version (without cache clear - i have a ton of stuff in my download queue that i do not want to reload) and same issue - will occasionally work on single item ( movie) but when queue reaches series starts failing with 310 or gets stuck analyzing. In US, no VPN, 6.1.9.3 has been working for me for several days now. I'm a licensed user.
