I haven't tried a password reset (which I did when the other problems were happening a couple of weeks ago).
I just tried the password reset, and it doesn't work. Thanks, Germania . I knew about that one, but I thought something else held the cookie. I guess it's just broken on my end.

So you WERE logged out when you were NOT using a VPN.

What's with this VPN thing? Why does that make a difference?

Yes, I was logged out. I then was able to log into NetFlix without using a vpn. Turned the vpn on after i was logged in. Then downloaded a movie.

VPN does not make a difference. I get logged out using a VPN or not using one. I wish out of the people that can download continuous videos, someone would post a screenshot.

What do you want to see there?

              2 epi The Rookie
              2 epi The Blacklist
              10 epi Emily in Paris (10x av1 + 5x H264)
              6 epi Billionaire Island (6x av1 + 6x H264)
              ---
              31 files in the last 8 hours (sf 4x closed + 0x log-out)

Mostly deleted in sf dl - only 12 are still displayed:

                Sigh. Thanks.
I wonder what the deal is?
Does StreamFab have a cache or something I could try the clear out?

Open the "Hamburger Menu" (3 lines top right) select Settings
                  - look where is your Temp Directory, close SF
                  - open the Temp Directory - there is subdirectory cache
                  - delete this - or better rename only until login works fine

Do you mean this folder? Rename to what?

I would take the whole Temp\cache (2 level up)

                      (cookies self are in Temp\cache\Network)

                      > Rename to what?

Whatever - only for the possibility of undoing it if necessary
(or move the cache folder to other dir/partition)

Ok, I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet but I tried downloading Firestarter 2022 from every country it was avaliable in and would only get 960x540 resolution. But when I tried Canada, it gave me 1080p option and downloaded for me. Now I know it was mentioned that movies owned by sony couldn't be downloaded in 1080p only 540p. This movie is owned by Universal Pictures. So how is it i was able to download it in 1080p? I could be asking a stupid question but I really want to know.

That worked. Renamed to cache.old and now its fine. Thank you so much.

Yes, I've had that once or twice (?) ...
... the movie was distributed in other countries by other distributors

CA is unfortunately not specified under Distributors => here

Sony doesn't own Universal Pictures. NBCUniversal owns Universal Pictures (and NBC, Peacock, Bravo, E!, CNBC, MSNBC, Telemundo, SYFI, USA Network, Game Show Network, Crunchyroll, and Oxygen). Sony owns Columbia Pictures and TriStar Pictures.
