Netflix Will Not Analyze Any Title - Gives Error

    StreamFab Version, Platform, and OS: v6.2.0.0 (26.09.2024), Win x64, Windows 10 Pro
    Region/Country: Germany​

    - At Home I click on Netflix. There i click on german language and I have to login in. (Some Streamfab Version earlier i must not login in every time i click on netflix.)
    - Login works fine and i have to select a netflix profile
    - Logged in i select the movie for example "the predator" and directly get logged out.

    If i try again to log in and select another movie the same happens.

    Today in the morning i could select a movie and at the click on button analyse nothing happens. Even after waiting some minutes nothing happens. No error was displayed.

    The Logflie is attached.

      Your problem is not to analyze, but to log out automatically

      Some users have this issue also with older SF versions ..
      .. it's not a general SF problem - it's an NF problem

      NF forces: www.netflix.com/clearcookies​

      No general solution for every possibly cause, try:
      - change password and delete all NF known devices - info
      - rename the cache folder (if SF closed) - like here
      - use the other (or a new) NF profile
      - if using NF on TV: Update a Netflix Household


      btw: Sometimes NF is weird ..
      .. example: If I play (without log in) a trailer in edge
      after playing I get since multiple days:
      "Something went wrong" - Error Code NSES-UHX

            My issue disappeared for 2 days and now its back, exactly the same issue as all the others, I get logged out immediately.

                Sometime - but at least a month ago

                  Wilson.Wang Please fix this Netflix issue. It has not been correct for almost two months. As soon as you log in, you get the above errors, and it starts analyzing and never stops. I have reported it; please fix it.

                    I had this error today.
                    I noticed that the NF login page was always in English even though the OS was German.

                    I deleted cookies, emptied temp and logs, reinstalled the current version with offline installer and restarted.

                    After that, the login page was in German again and the analysis worked.
                    No more logouts when calling up the stream.

                      Hi,

                      I've been experiencing the same issue for the past three weeks. I've completely uninstalled the app, rebooted my system, and reinstalled the latest version from the download package. However, every time I try to use Netflix, I encounter the same problem: after logging in and selecting a show or movie, I get a green TV screen, and nothing is analyzed or downloaded from Netflix.

                      I'm currently running the newest version released today (Oct 16). Could someone please guide me on how to fix this issue?

                          Otherwise, check if you can find “clearcookies” in your StreamFab.log.
                          If you do not have this problem, post your StreamFab.log

                          More i can't say, because I've never this issue with my two NF accounts.​

                            Hi.

                            I am uploading my logs for this Netflix issue. I tried to analyze Tomb Raider and nothing happened. Maybe someone on this board can see something that I cannot.

                              Looks like you are not log in - in your log I see for first time:

                                How can I do a complete deinstall, wipe everything and do a fresh install? Netflix logs me out every time I log in?
