    StreamFab for Windows Canal+ connection impossible

    Hello,
    I had to uninstall Streamfab (with Revo) and reinstall it.
    I am a Prime Video and Canal+ subscriber. I managed to activate Prime Video, but I have an error message when I want to connect to my Canal+ account (403 Forbidden).

    What should I do?

      I don't have an account, so I can't test the login ..
      .. but I can open the login page in SF without problems:

      In log i see:
      Code:

      [Critical]: command: request server command failed
      If you can open in regular browser ..
      .. try to rename your SF cache Directory (if SF closed) - like here

      If too many devices are known (new SF = new device ?) ..
      .. you may have to wait 72 hours - info

        Thank you for your interest in my case. I renamed the "Cache" folder to "CacheOLd" but the problem persists, I still have the "403 Forbidden" error.
        I will try to uninstall DVDFAB products, reboot and reinstall.

          I uninstalled everything (properly), rebooted, reinstalled, DVDFAB products (DVDFAB13, ToolKit, Streamfab) and still the same problem "403 Forbidden" when I want to enter my C+ login id!​

            (Info) I don't know if it's related, but the incident occurred after I changed my internet browser from Chrome to Firefox.
            Coincidence?​

              It doesn't matter what you use outside SF,
              it doesn't change the browser in SF (CEF - Chromium Embedded Framework)
              But it could be a reason for too many known devices (72 hours not over?)

              In your 2nd log "[Critical]: command: request server command failed" is away

              You wrote in #5 "when I want to enter my C+ login id!​" ..
              .. the error appears before you click submit ?
              If this is the case, I can get further than you without an account, because
              I can enter incorrect access data and send it without receiving error 403:​

                The incident is closed. I logged into my customer area with Firefox ... error .. I logged back in with Chrome and entered my credentials, and now it works with Streamfab.
