          I think the support is just… there. No matter what problem I’ve written to them about, they’ve never actually helped.

          Whether it’s the Netflix issue (they could have sent the beta but didn’t, lol), the Amazon Analyze problem, or the general naming issue with the 720p H264 output on Netflix/Amazon.

          There are/were other issues too, but the response is always the same, super demotivating: “We’ve forwarded the problem to our technicians,” lol. It doesn’t even matter what language you write in—the answer’s always the same.​
