Can't authorize due to "failed to connect to the internet" error

    I would recommand to do a back up of your c:. It takes time to reinstall everything but less than try to get the app works... the app leave some traces that we can’t erase even multiple tool.
    we need to do like a very 1st install to make it work and we can do that only with a clean computer...
    I should have done that well before..

      I'm just checking on one last thing before resorting to that.
      I have two MAC addresses; one for the LAN and one for WIFI.
      I got Streamfab working yesterday with the LAN, but not WIFI.
      I think the two MAC addresses are preventing it from authorizing correctly.
      Am waiting on customer service.
