    Just tested with 6.2.0.4...

Can login, and Youtube Movies & TV will play the film (as before) but analyzing runs forever inside SF while the video plays (as before) and using the "paste URL to download" feature still fails with "This video is DRM protected" error (as before).

Will try other versions and options and report back if I find anything.
When breaking digital locks becomes outlawed, only outlaws will break digital locks...and watch movies in whatever format they want to, without annoying adverts and messages, etc.

I can login (finally), watch videos, but whenever I try to download anything, SF crashes. On newest version, also had the crash issue on 6.2.0.3 as well

6200 & 6201 won't even play the videos, you get update web browser error. 6202 - 6204 is where SF updated the web browser, but it gets stuck at analyzing the videos in the Movies & TV, most likely because they are DRM and possibly a change in YouTube DRM.
I contacted support, and all you can do is try to contact support as well, the more people that do MIGHT get it fixed someday,
DVDFab Member Center aims to provide best user experience, here users can request resending key, changing email and renewing DVDFab products such as DVD Copy, Blu-ray Copy, DVD Ripper, Blu-ray Ripper and so on.
What a waste of time, streamfab so-called support.

I opened a support ticket on 23rd of October regarding this issue, I've had an update from support.

Hello, it seems that this video is drm protected and does not support to be downloaded.
So I'm not sure if this means that Streamfab will no longer work on DRM protected content?

Whole reason I got Streamfab was to allow me to download content that was protected by DRM so I could have a local copy, watch on different devices and watch using a better player. If it doesn't or won't do DRM protected content I am not sure what the point is.

Yeah, support gave me the run around on their reply. I do know, like others, the YouTube movie downloader DID support the DRM videos, in the movies/tv section.
Even gave them links to none working movies/tv section videos.
I even went to the extent to point support to this topic of how many users have the same issue now.

My guess is it could be YouTube changed or updated the DRM and SF doesn't know how to handle it now.
It seems slowly that other sites are switching up DRM. And other providers are causing issues in SF, on at least some content.

I can easily find 10 free YouTube downloaders that DON'T download the DRM videos either, why should we keep paying for SF if it doesn't or can't download the DRM videos either now?

ADDED: check here on ongoing DRM issues, with other sites.

I sure as heck don't know what Fix: A failure problem when analyzing NetEase Cloud Music with YouTube Downloader.
But videos from movie/tv section which are DRM STILL stuck at endless analyzing.

                  In stremfab.log it stops at
ytdl-m3u8: ytdl analyse success, url: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxx"

Although it is still stuck on screen at analyzing.

Now see more info in log

                  command: start connect server thread
error curl post: Couldn't resolve host name

                      Indeed.

6.2.0.5 has the exact problems reported for 6.2.0.4
                      A) analyzing forever while the film plays (and youtube account is logged in)
                      B) DRM protected error when using "Paste URL(s) to Download"

Support told me it would be fixed in a future release.

                      It isn't this release.

I really got to the point I don't want to report issues now, even to support/feedback.
It gets crazy that it seems I have to break the issue down in ELI5 talk and even then support ends up saying they will pass it on to the developer, NOTE not developer(s).
                        And then NO fix comes.
So another wait and see issue. Wait and wait and wait and see.

In the end, it then seems the developer has thousands of reports, puts them in a hat, and pulls a few out a week to try to fix.
Also, I think the developer is required to keep adding new useless modules, so SF can try to get more money, as they charge separately for each new module.
Only those covered by the NPG get them for the one-time charge for NPG.

6.2.0.6 is still broken these same ways.
