StreamFab for Windows Installing new version has different file sizes

Installing from 6.0.2.7 to 6.0.2.8 has a download file size of 202mb. When it fails to install, I restart the download and the file size is now 519mb. If it fails again and I restart the download, it toggles between the 2 file sizes. What's going on?

The 6208 offline installer is 519MB - there are also checksums to verify the file

I don't know what you mean by "Installing 6.0.2.7 to 6.0.2.8 has a download file size of 202MB"
This is the size of the online upgrade or what? - Please never use the online upgrade.
Otherwise you will report errors that no one (without an online upgrade) can reproduce.

When I started Streamfab, it indicated a new version. 1st time downloading the file size was 202mb. After trying again, the file size was now 519mb. The same thing happens when I check for updates from the program and download the update.

It's all there already - and?
The online updater was too stupid for an upgrade and therefore dl complete package.

What exactly about "Please never use the online upgrade" do you not understand?
The updater is garbage - just the last example:

I can't quote more because then my post will be unapproved.

I've not used the built in updater in well over a year. And I still maintain it is senile.
Win11 Pro 22H2, no bloatware, no spyware, no crapware, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no MS account. And yes, you can dual boot 7 and 11.
