StreamFab for Windows getting 100 max message after just 3 mp4s and 47 srt files

v6.2.2.1 Before midnight I had 42 or so items left out of 100 (yesterday's 100 limit) and after midnight it showed the same. I exited and started the program a couple of times after that for the "next day" to kick in, but the numbers never changed.

Today my downloads folder has 50 items in it: exactly 3 mp4s and 47 subtitle files, modifed between midnight and 7 am.

Yet I'm getting the 0 out of 100 downloads left.
    All on amazon.

Anything I can do to reset?

    Log, or it didn’t happen…

    PS: have you tried deauth-reauth?

you'll have to wait until after midnight (your time) for the tokens to reset.
see this thread for more info - https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/stream...tokens-renewed

I hate to be that person but... I save my logs to C:\MyAppDocs\Streamfab (as per my Streamfab settings) and I have two xml files there dated today: called "Amazon_MetaDownload.xml" that includes "////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/storefront" on repeat, and "Amazon_PlayBack.xml" that doesn't look informative at all in terms of my issue. Are there real ".log" files somewhere? I checked all my user folders and found nothing.

I have not, because the last time I had an issue with streamfab it was exactly this: I could not get it to authorize and It took well over 10 days of going back and forth with customer service giving me the exact same response every few days that didn't work. I finally found the issue myself (related to MAC address) and I'm not sure I wrote down how I resolved it. So, yeah, deauth-reauth not gonna happen.

I was mistaken about the number of files I downloaded yesterday. My Windows search screwed up on me. It was 95. However, 1/2 of those were srt files. So now I have to ask: do subtitles count towards the 100?

That's what I thought, and that's why I complained about not getting my full 100 from midnight last night to right now.
But the thread you sent me to says this:

            Hi,

            It‘s reset at UTC 00:00.

Since I am Toronto Time, my reset time is 7pm. I guess I'll see in 3 hours.

it’s streamfab.log in the logs folder

Reset happens at midnight UTC. Not at midnight your time, like it used to. For me, that means 7pm.

Very annoying. Clearly, it was possible to do it before, so why not go back to that?

Yes. There are browser extensions to download subtitles from many providers. While a bit more work, I personally find this better than using a token.
