    Netflix movies not downloading

Resolution drop down not working for netflix movies. It's ok for tv shows. Giving an error when it tries to download. On the d/l page, it analyzes, then fails with error 210.

When I click on a different compression, some options show up, but just not under H265. Indicative of that codec just not available?

Also, nothing better than 540 res

paste this into streamfabs browser and retry Netflix again - https://netflix.com/clearcookies

Go back to 6223. H265 is Not working, at least not for that movie, in 6224. Also, 540p is the max for that movie, as well as some others on Netflix.

Can download several movies on Netflix only in 540p - DVDFab Forum

                If you want "Despicable Me 4" better than 540p H264 or 480p H265 ..
.. you need Max and a VPN (LATAM or APAC) - checked via Mexico:

I'm having same issue -- this is occurring with pretty much every title. I've reset cookies, logged out / in, deleted log/temp, etc .. nothing works.

Please post settings, country + tile - or better:

Rename your StreamFab.log (if SF closed)
try once and post (attach) your new StreamFab.log

You may want to try clearing SF cache and logs.
                      OR rename cache like (here)
You also could try uninstalling and installing again.
6224 does have some undetermined issues, although you can download from Netflix.
You may also want to try different settings in the Netflix pop-up to download, to get SF to download.
You may also, if you save the older versions installers as many recommend, you may want to try 6223 or 6221.

It also helps to describe in detail what issue you have and maybe even try you show screenshots. Unfortunately, saying 'this is occurring' does not fully describe the issue.

As far as I see for myself, being located in the US, Netflix does work, most times, other times I too need to try changing settings in the download pop-up screen of SF.

ADDED: Sorry if this is a repeat of the above post, but I posted before I saw that the above post was posted.

Thank you for this and I get the confusion looking above. So I'm getting the same issue as the OP but on every netflix video where it shows resolution "BLANK" for H265. I can download it with H264 selected but resolution is 540p max. H265 could be HDR10 or Vision all give the same 210 error. I have a few screenshots below -- one of the Pride and Prejudice 210 error.

What I've done -- deleted cookies / cache, restarted, deleted log / temp folders. I'm on the most up to date version 6224.

"Pride and Prejudice" is from Universal Pictures ..
.. so there is no higher as 540p resolution offered.

You can't change this behaviour !

In this case older SF versions also not offer Dolby Vision !
                          H265 is only offered with 480p in HDR10+ (or 540p in H264/VP9/AV1)

tested with 6224/6223/6221/6219 - tried exceptionally with NF Premium (via USA)
DV selection results in H264 Main

So it's not offered in DV with Chrome - limited by NF, not SF !

btw: error 210 is because you "download" a title without video

Thank you --- every movie I must be checking is Universal -- is there a way to look up if its universal or not? (I have deleted and reinstalled the program just in case).
