I can also, with .2.2.8, now download NOW TV Video & Audio without skipping issues however, no matter what I try, Sub-Titles refuse to come down. I raised a ticket earlier but all they say is "Have you selected Sub-titles for download" or words to that effect!!! They do not appear to even try it themselves to see if there is a problem.

I did notice that when I downloaded from Now I had to manually select subtitles to be included with each and every download.
The default was "none"Comment

Yes, that's correct, you do have to manually "Tick" the English Box which is Unticked by default. Notwithstanding, having "Ticked" the box the sub-title still doesn't download.Comment

NOW TV is finally downloading stable Video and SubTitle files with 6.2.2.9 however you can still only download a single episode at a time otherwise the SubTitle (SRT) file is scrambled with corruption from prior episode SRT filesComment

I downloaded the Hammer documentary along with the ones about Sean Connery and Dean Martin.
The only one where the subs seemed fine was with the Connery one . Subs for both of the others seemed to mix up with subs from another programme completelyComment
