For the past two weeks I've been unable to download both recent Paramount+ and Showtime videos via my Amazon subscription. Specifically, I've tried Yellowjackets and NCIS Sydney. I'm attaching a screenshot and my log. I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall from the offline downloader. I'm currently using SF 6225, but I had the same problem with 6222. I'm running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (not sure if installing the 2025-02 cumulative update will make any difference). I noticed from the screenshot that the language and subtitle boxes are empty when selecting H265, so I tried H264 and everything downloaded fine. I went back and selected H265 on Yellowjackets S03E02 Dislocation, which I had previously downloaded without difficulty, and it wouldn't download. I tried Ray Donovan episode 1 with H265 settings and it worked just fine. I'm not having any problems with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Peacock, or downloading directly from Paramount+. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

That's why you can't see any resolution or language, if H265 is selected.
I can't test via amazon because I've no subscription ..
.. and AFAIK P+ direct currently does not support H265

I just checked and it seems Season 1, Episode 1 and Season 2, Episode 1 are no longer available in H265.
So you need to use my MOD to scan Season 1, Episode 2 and Season 2, Episode 2 to download those season in H265.I downloaded Season 3 recently and it’s all in H265. Whatever isn't in H265 will automatically download in H264.

jpp72 I could be wrong! I used to be able to put films and series with H265 into the download list. If there was no H265 on the Amazon server, Streamfab did a fallback and downloaded H264...
Today that doesn't work anymore. The video cannot be put into the download list because the audio field is empty.
Is it a bug?NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

However, if a certain episode doesn't have H265, it can be put into the queue and will download in H264 as long as you analyzed and episode with H265 and added it along with the one without H265
