discovery+ no longer analyzes

    Discovery+ discovery+ no longer analyzes

    Hi , as the title says discovery+ module no longer analyzes since the discovery+ website changed. Was working fine yesterday. Today I tried 2 pc's and 2 versions of SF , same thing, nothing happens. I assume it is the changes of the website causing issues. My region is Canada.
    Just want to bring attention to the developers , as it is doesn't seem to be the most popular module.
    Maybe an easy fix??
    I tried to use the "feedback" button , but it just says "failed to send feedback!"
    btw all other modules working fine for me

    Same issue here. DIscovery+ worked yesterday and today it will not analyze anything. I tried two different computers, too. Log attached.

      Same issue. I even tried pasting the link from my web browser.
      Discovery+ did redo their webpage, so that's probably the issue.

        I have not tried to use that option recently, at one time it did work. You then will have to go to streamfab (feedback/support) and report the issue.

        They are due either later Thursday or, hopefully, sometime Friday for a new update, although I think it's too late for them to have a fix this week for this issue.
        But they might.
        Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

          Actually, although it said "failed to send feedback" I received a message from them the next day , seems like a pretty standard autoreply though.
          So seems the feedback button does work even though it says failed to send

            Yeah, I get you.
            I think I almost have most of the usual replies.


            Clear your cache, and make sure you download the latest version

            the report has been passed onto the developer, wait for the next version


            Their support can and should do better.
            And sadly 6225 and even 6224 seem, at times, worse than 6223 or 6219.

              Now before I make a suggestion, just note that I am merely attempting to offer a solution (which actually works as I have just checked it).

              As no-one has indicated how they are accessing Discovery+, be that directly via the D+ website or as an add-on channel with Prime, my solution is ONLY for D+ as an add-on thru Prime (hope that options is available in your territory's). Even over here in the UK the D+ website has been updated in appearance, so I'm assuming this is the same change you guys are referring to. I just randomly picked anything from the D+ website and it analysed and downloaded without issue.

              So with D+ as an add-on thru Prime, downloads work without any problem.

              Maybe this might help you guys, may be it doesn't. Like I said, only offering a tested and working option for ya.

                Addendum.                   Addendum.                   There has been NO SF update, it seems they decided to take a vacation. If Discovery+ is working, then it was an issue with Discovery+.
                  Too many sites require paid access or are unavailable to the USA, and Discovery+ is paid access so can't be tested by those who don't pay.

                  Looks like no matter what, most will be waiting till possible and hopefully sometime in the upcoming week for an update to SF.
                  As I said in a previous post for most if this is/was an issue with SF that if SF was on schedule for updates I highly doubted a fix for this would be in it.

                  And still SO many still bring it to attention moving many providers to Amazon you still only get 100 downloads per day, so just for example 10 providers would give you 10 downloads per provider per day. At first, the idea piqued my interest to trial others via Amazon but lost interest with the 100 limit for all. This would happen to most that include other stream providers, like Roku Channel etc.

                    So many people say 100 is plenty but they obviously don't understand that 1 single full show can have OVER 100 episodes spread over several seasons. Yes if you only download the most recent episodes, 100/day is plenty even if you have 20 channels.

                    But for those of us that are using StreamFab to archive full shows, 100/day is frustratingly low. I have 3Gbps internet so shit downloads FAST!

                    I only recently (1½ year) started tracking what was downloaded with StreamFab vs The Scene and just with the Amazon module, this is what i have downloaded:

                      NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

                        I am having the same issues with Discovery+. I am aware Discovery+ has an updated interface just like Max, as the companies have published information stating Discovery+ has matched Max's interface to allow for synergy over the platforms (owned by same parent company). So hopefully with the updates we can adjust Discovery + fairly quickly, and increase the number of downloads daily to 200.

                          New version is out unfortunately it looks like this issue didn't make it into the fixes as the problem persists. Hopefully another patch soon.

                            For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
                            For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
                            Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
                            If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

                              According to the changelog, the problem should have been fixed with the latest version 6.2.2.7. But I still have the problem that most videos cannot be analyzed.
                              My location is Germany.
