The past two issues I've had with SF, I'd submitted a support ticket. I receive an email saying that a response to my ticket it available at "link". When I click on the link, however, it says that I don't have an open ticket, which I know I do, so am unable to see what support has replied.

Issue with opening support ticket response.

I, too, would check in the closed ticket section to see what's there.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.
