    Issue with opening support ticket response.

    The past two issues I've had with SF, I'd submitted a support ticket. I receive an email saying that a response to my ticket it available at "link". When I click on the link, however, it says that I don't have an open ticket, which I know I do, so am unable to see what support has replied.

    closed ticket?
    they automatically close it after 1 week or something like this

      I guess it does depend on how long. They, in the past, would keep some of mine open for a while.
      I, too, would check in the closed ticket section to see what's there.
      Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
      Things need to be done with active moderatoration.
