The past two issues I've had with SF, I'd submitted a support ticket. I receive an email saying that a response to my ticket it available at "link". When I click on the link, however, it says that I don't have an open ticket, which I know I do, so am unable to see what support has replied.

Issue with opening support ticket response.

I, too, would check in the closed ticket section to see what's there.Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at
