Netflix Failed to analyze the video information

    StreamFab v6.2.3.0, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
    USA, No VPN

    Container: MKV
    Video Codec: H264 Main
    Audio Profile: Atmos
    Audio Channels: 2.0, 5.1
    Audio Language: English, All Selected

I've been having a problem downloading from Netflix for a couple of days now. I seem to log in to Netflix with StreamFab just fine, but when the downloading process is about to start, I get the following message: "Failed to analyze the video information; please contact us for assistance." I noticed that when I go back to Netflix's website using StreamFab, every time now Netflix is asking me to log back in. I think the problem that I'm having is StreamFab logs me out of Netflix almost immediately before the download starts, and that is why I'm having problems downloading from Netflix.

    Code:
0x00000f74 [Critical]: "[DownloadNetflix]" **** Parse MPD data fail.
0x00000f74 [Critical]: "[DownloadNetflix]" remuxDownloadedFiles not found video stream
0x00000ccc [Info]: [Download Check]: download result: "failed"
0x00000ccc [Info]: [Download Check]: fail code: 201
Failed to analyze the video information, please contact us for assistance.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling StreamFab, and I changed my password with Netflix to no avail.

I have attached a .log file.

I am sure you tried to log out and then log back into Netflix.
For me, it defaults to having remember me checked.
You could maybe try unchecking that and then checking it, then log in.
Netflix seems to stay logged in for me.

It's possible your log may show more but won't know till someone who can read it posts.
For some reason, Win 10 users are not using the latest updates, you may also want to check all updates are done.
Just for reference, my system is Win 11 Pro.
    (info removed)
Disclaimer: VPN use is NOT a StreamFab issue.
