    Netflix Captions downloaded but don't work on RokuTV

    I noticed since I updated to the version 6.2.3.4, the Netflix episodes I downloaded had glitchy caption (srt) files that my RokuTV couldn't read(?). The very first caption would flash up but then nothing for the rest of the episode. This was multiple series. Other streamers I've downloaded from since have been fine.

    I re-installed 6.2.3.2 and downloaded one of the exact same episodes; captions are playing perfectly fine on my RokuTV.

    I have individuals with hearing impairments in my household and functioning captions/subtitles are a must (I know they are probably not considered a priority when working out bugs and etc. but thought I'd mention many people do rely on or even just prefer to have them.)

    Then it's caused by this change:
    StreamFab 6.2.3.3 Changelog
    Fix: A problem that some double-line subtitles only display one line when downloading videos from Netflix.
    I can't test with RokuTV - but you can try with Preferred Setting
    Subtitle Action: "Extract Original Format" to get *.vtt from NF
    and convert to *.srt with SubtitleEdit or similar tool​
