Netflix ErrorCode 210 failures on all movie downloads

StreamFab for Windows 6.2.3.5 and 6.2.3.6, US:
    1. Although TV episodes from Netflix are downloading fine, every movie download fails with this error code. Anyone know what code 210 means? The screenshot below is an example of download options I've accepted for each movie (my defaults). I've gotten the same 210 failure with Despicable Me 4, Damsel, and The Electric State.
    2. Also, if I click Pause All to pause Netflix downloads immediately after an episode has finished remuxing, StreamFab instantly crashes. StreamFab Log is attached.
In days past, it was suggested we delete StreamFab's Cache folder and its many subfolders to see if the problem is fixed. What's the current advice... short of deleting and reinstalling the entire program? I'd like to avoid that drastic measure because it loses all streaming service logins, deletes all my scheduled downloads, resets all preference, and clears episodes and movies in the Download tab. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

(Is the log file showing up??? It doesn't look like it when I view the post.)

Click H264, AV1 or VP9. Change preferences for Netflix to something other than H265 and see if it downloads.

johnjohn h.264 fixes it. Loses the h.265 compression, though. I did notice that choosing my default (previous screenshot) doesn't even specify a resolution.

Also, after downloading several TV episodes, the following new dialog box appeared. The resolutions match what I chose, but h.264 was automatically substituted for h.265 for each one--which I assume should also be happening for movies. Thanks for your help! Much appreciated.

If it shows up blank with h265 means it is not offered in 265. Though on some it will show 265 in the dialog box but then if not present will default to h264. Ive only seen this with NF.

Damsel works for me in H265 HDR10 ..
.. but is not in your (incomplete) Log

Sure you have NF Premium plan? (required for HDR10)
The errors in your log are the same with my NF Standard - like here

Germania Oooohh...Didn't realize that the premium plan was required. That certainly explains why HDR10 isn't supported. Not sure why that would preclude h/265. though, but it apparently does. Thanks much! You're helpful as always. Useful link, too. I've just changed my SF for Netflix preferences to reflect h.264 rather than h.265.

In practice, though, I'd think SF should be dealing with movie downloads the same way it's automatically doing with TV episodes; i.e., dropping down to h.264 rather than just failing.
