    <Period duration="PT15S" id="_PT0S_0" start="PT0S">
    or using yt-dlp - that works for me with original mpd

          With the new layout and new NBC platform, it's the same
          with all SF versions for everyone and for all titles.

          So all you can do is wait for an SF update

            Germania How can I check the resolution of a video currently playing in the browser? I would like to check, on which resolution WOW movies are displayed in the browser with the new WOW website layout.

              In Chrome/Firefox browser is still maximum 720p with CBR ..
              .. but the mpd url contain: skynow-dash-vod-8s-hd-sdr-generic
              and pointed to vod_master_manifest_sd.mpd

              Changing ..sd.mpd to ..hd.mpd don't work ..
              .. so the url is different or the token does not support access
              But I assume that ..hd.mpd is also offered for other devices (app?)

              I'll try to get infos about the player later ..
              .. I have only one stream allowed and switching SF to regular Browser takes longer

              Last of Us.s02e07 use this mpd in Chrome (max 720p 4830):

                I found no way to see the current bitrate in player - only this settings in view-source
                Code:
                "videoQualitySettings":[
                {"default":false,"bitRateCeiling":222223,"name":"video.quality.low.label",
                "description":"streaming.low.description.label","type":"low","player":"playback.streaming.low.label"},
                {"default":false,"bitRateCeiling":755556,"name":"video.quality.mid.label",
                "description":"streaming.mid.description.label","type":"mid","player":"playback.streaming.mid.label"},
                {"default":false,"bitRateCeiling":1555556,"name":"video.quality.high.label",
                "description":"streaming.high.description.label","type":"high","player":"playback.streaming.high.label"},
                {"default":true,"bitRateCeiling":0,"name":"video.quality.max.label",
                "description":"streaming.max.description.label","type":"max","player":"playback.streaming.max.label"}]
                And I can't find a way to switch the default

                As with most providers, only 720p is officially available for PCs

                  I dont understand this. Peacock and Sky Showtime are also using this platform and can be downloaded in 1080p by Streamfab. Why is this restriction of 720p still active, when they use the same platform as Peacock and Sky Showtime?

                  P.S.: This information (720p for PCs) has been on the WOW website for years. This does not necessarily mean that this will still apply after the move to the new platform.

                    I can't see into the SF future ..
                    .. maybe there is a way for SF to get the info (and key) for 1080p

                    Currently no WOW DL is possible - so I can't answer this for the following releases

                    It is still true that is no more offered in a Windows browser, so why should this changed?
