i just reinstalled SF agian with the same result but this time if i let it set Home screen for SF then authorize after a few minutes it goes right threw same with dvdfab. for some reason its doing multiple reattempt to the server untill it connects.

no neither, after exiting out both programs i have to authorize again after pressing ok it tells me do i want to make changes to some files if i dont accept and let SF finish booting up it still has everything as lifetime but when i click on top tab and go to authorize it acts as though im running a cracked version

Edit: after exiting and reopening DVDfab 13 multiple time my login and authorization sticks but not for SF

As a result of the non-acceptance of my old Dvdfab version, Fab has blocked every connection
to the Fab server through its entry stored in System32> Driver> etc. > HOST.
You can delete the HOST entry as often as you like.
At the latest after restarting DvdFab, the new entry is made and blocks program access to both Fab apps again.
Not only the Fab server access for the old DVDFab.

I have deleted all files for dvdfab and sf and reinstalled sf again and still the same issues

I don't think the cellular connection changes anything if the ping is error-free.

Then I'm back to the firewall - are you using the one in Win or another one?
If Win intern Firewall then check settings - like here

I've checked the settings everything is allowed in public network, nothing seems to have changed on my end idk why it's not connecting to the server so I can authorize. I'm still able to log in the member area on the site. Everything thing on computer is correct has to be on their end or the app is broken. I've deleted everything i could find in my c for SF and DVdfab same

If the manual connection to the authorization server works ..
- and we thus also exclude the DNS server as an error -
.. something is blocking StreamFab64.exe from connecting.

This is usually regulated by the firewall
(or you have caught digital vermin)

Is the hosts file permanently clean now?

Is the connection established via LAN or WiFi?
If WiFi, try connecting via cable
Any changes to the router?

I just checked it does have a windows 11,version 24h2 to download and install other than that it's up to date

Have you entered a proxy that no longer works? If a proxy is entered but has been deactivated in the menu, it may be causing a malfunction. I had this problem once. The solution was: enable the proxy, delete all proxy data from the menu, and deactivate the proxy again. After that, it worked again for me.
