Either it's something at StreamFabs end or still something overlooked at your end.

Same or similar info from other log as posted part of here
I submitted a ticket, hopefully it soon so i can get them a log.

I've done everything is could possibly think of. Nothing is blocking the server on my end that I can see. I have a clean host from Microsoft and allowed permission threw firewalls and disabled firewall, still nothing. Ping test shows it connecting

have you done a factory reset on your router ?? or roll your computer back to an earlier time when streamfab was working.

I am experiencing the same issue right now. I finally got authorized after three tries and now it's working, but only after I pinged DVD Fab.

I got the exact same messages you got—cracked version, etc. I rebooted after a while, it worked, but something is wrong here.

When you start streamfab when you go under the tab and check for updates is it saying server faid to connect?

ping has some extra options -l is size I changed to 1024 and -n is number of pings I changed to 10 maybe try 20?

I am guessing you double and triple checked when you input your username/email and password to authorize.

Maybe try to see if you can change the password in the member center, although you say you can get into the member center.
While in the member center, make sure all looks good, like an assigned Mac address, etc ...

So it's still up to waiting to see if support or maybe Wilson comes back with something.

If pings are going through even if you up it to 20 tries, then it's something still at StreamFab's end.

Wilson.Wang you may need to help here more or push tech support to help as the user can't use the software.

This is what I get, so pings seem ok for me too: Maybe a small area or location issue?

You may just have to wait till streamfab support can get to you. The above pings look ok.
I don't want to keep taking you down long or bad paths.

Just one or 2 other things.
1)Are you using any type of proxy or proxy in streamfab? If so, disable or remove them.

Your log says: NetworkProxyFactory: custom configuration, host: port: 0 Type: 2

In my log, it says: NetworkProxyFactory: custom configuration, host: port: 0 Type: 0

2)Find and delete streamfab.ini and delete it and try again.

(Deleting steamfab.ini should also fix #1.)

streamfab.ini can be found at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\StreamFab

If you tried, then you can skip trying this above and keep bugging Streamfab feedback/support.

Ping uses the ICMP protocol which doesn't have ports like the TCP and UDP protocols.
So it show only that the DNS Server (name resolution) works and target is reachable ..
.. but SF authentication uses a different protocol (TCP) and uses a port (in my test 57531)
