I can't see any duplicate subtitle in your screenshot - all are different

I have many ideas - but SF offers no possibility ..
.. for example, it is not possible to select only forced subs
without preselecting full subtitle for the same language.

I don't know any user who needs more than 10 subtitle languages ..
(If you want to offer professionally - use a Subtitle DL-script)
.. please also note the limit of 32 remuxed subtitles => here

I can confirm the maximum remuxed subs are 32
(selected/downloaded 56) - same with MKV (MKVToolnix) or MP4

cc (Closed captions) are text versions of the audio in a video,
