I did attach my log earlier, I have no idea why it didn't show up. I just created a new fresh clean log and tried to download "Fury" and it just opens a window. StreamFab.log
So there isn't any information showing up in the log file because it doesn't do anything except play the video. So yea it probably makes more sense to send this directly to the developers support page.
And to be clear I can watch the movie within SF, I just can't download it. So no issues with logins.
Thanks to everyone for contributing to diagnose and resolve the problem. I have forwarded via SF feedback and sent along a streamlog and screengrab to help the developers review. Thanks Xenos, Zapt and Germania.
Edit: Here's the new log. When it hits Tubi, it does state that:
2025:06:22-21:28:08 0x0000414c [Info]: libpng warning: known incorrect sRGB profile
2025:06:22-21:28:08 0x0000414c [Info]: libpng warning: profile matches sRGB but writing iCCP instead
The libpng warning has nothing to do with tubi ..
.. I still can't see a Tubi site link in the new log (same for tshizzle)
Unlike my log from post #2, which contains tubitv.com/movie and tubitv.com/tv-shows
Please try with rename SF cache (when sf closed) - like here and fresh login after this
I am currently at work and can't test (proxy with web + port-filter) ..
.. with fresh cache try to disable Auto Analyze in SF and copy a tubi url from regular browser,
paste in SF addressbar and confirm with enter - this is what i had done (not navigated within tubi)
Thanks for the suggestions Germania. I did as requested and renamed cache file and then upon reopening SF I also disabled auto analyze. When I copied in a chrome link for a TUBI movie the analyze button did show up. However nothing would work and I assumed it was because after deleting cache i was not longer logged in. When I did login then the analyze button disappeared and I could only watch the movie in the frame but not download it. New Streamfab log attached. StreamFab.log

Yes, that worked fine. In addition, selecting new material for download from within SF also started to work. I assumed then that it must have had something to do with the Cache. So I decided to test a little more. I quit SF, renamed the CacheOLD folder to Cache to make it current again, and launched SF. And Tubi still worked properly with the original Cache folder. It's now functioning correctly--every time.
Note: I did not, however, turn off Auto-analyze. It was on the entire time. Sorry. Would copying that initial URL in the browser and asking SF to download it have reset SF to make the Analyze function start working again?
I am getting the frame whether I search for a specific item or if i click the homepage banner promoting movies like Talladega Nights. I have a secondary tubi account and I tried it on a third machine that is still running 6.2.3.9 and it is working like yours and Cats4U. No frames and it immediately asks if I want to download. So yeah you are probably right that they are doing some A/B testing.
I have never seen a popup like the one in your post #6 or like #9 from Xenos.
Either this only happens after using the search ..
.. or it is not the same for everyone - keyword: A/B testing
When you first go to Tubi they list a bunch of movies that change every few seconds. Talladega is one of them. If they click on it, it will play (whether you sign in or not). If you scroll down at that point, you will see what looks like the pop-up in #6 and #9. This isn't A/B testing, you just maybe never scrolled down to see it. But the key is, before you click to play, the Tubi Downloader box will appear like in the upper screen capture in msg #8. The Tubi Downloader also appears if you search for "Talladega" and click on the icon. I can't get the Downloader not to appear, no matter what I do. Could it be possible that they are using an ad/pop-up blocker that is stopping the Downloader from appearing?

As I confirmed in comment #22.1, I had only accessed two tubi URLs in SF.
I didn't navigate on tubitv.com, so I didn't have the option to follow a suggestion on their home page.
Now that I've been able to test it - it makes no different for me.
> Talladega is one of them
Not for me or not more (1st is Divergent) and there is no popup after click ..
.. I see the player and analyze window in foreground (like pic #8)
Even with Auto Analysis deactivated
> If you scroll down at that point, you will see what looks like the pop-up in #6 and #9
Nope, I see never the pop-up like #6 or #9 with x top right to close
and disabling AdGuard (never active in my SF) doesn't change anything.
Issue has resolved for me - whatever the issue was it is no longer appearing. The original two machines running 6.2.3.9 & 4.2 were not working for four days and now they are both working normally for me. I think Germania's suggestion of A/B testing makes sense based on the available data.
I decided to check out Tubi, it's also been a long time for me since I last used it.
As soon as I click on any movie or show, it goes into analyze and then the download window shows.
It seems some said they tried renaming the cache, maybe check again, as it has to be done while streamfab is closed.
Also, check that you are using a normal DNS, either your ISP DNS, or I prefer OpenDNS or Cloudflare DNS.
Also, may want to try uninstalling streamfab and installing it again, as some now even have trouble using the offline installer.
It seems it's best to uninstall and then install, even using the offline installer.
I did not make note of how many movies or shows I randomly clicked on, but got the analyze and download window every time. Due to its slow downloading, I never went any further.
Maybe there is something there if you have something downloading, causing the issue?
ALSO, NOTE turning off or on auto analyze in streamfab settings makes no difference when it comes to Tubi it will start to analyze, as I for some time now have had streamfab settings of auto analyzing off.
One other possibility is maybe a localized issue, as there are more getting it to work as it should than not getting it to work. Or maybe it's A/B testing?
Last note, no need to be logged into Tubi to get movies or shows. The main reason for making an account or logging in is to keep track of what you may watch or other features like that.
Those that can't get it to work, sure you can try streamfab feedback, but the logs still will show the same thing as they show here in the forum.
Now they may go as far and test, and maybe they will then see an issue.
Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration. Disclaimer: Use of a VPN can NOT be fixed by StreamFab.
How is me saying I see the same problem as he any less helpful than you two saying you don't? Again: I'm not asking for help solving the problem. I was trying to lent suppose to the OP who is asking for help but is just being told, "works for me."
Germania and Cats are notorious for doing that sometimes. But they can be helpful too

What does the first post say?
“Can you ask the developers to look into this?”
(but not even a title was mentioned)
Should I write: Doesn't work anywhere if it's not right?
I can't help users who don't even attach a log file, except
to test on my PC, as I don't have access to other people's PCs.
And I have replied to all users with a log file ..
.. that's all you can expect from a volunteer.
btw: "I'm not asking for help in solving the problem"
is a clear message, which I followed.
