I purchased the Amazon downloader at the weekend to get a rental that I wanted to keep as I had used the trial 3 uses in the past and all had works great, so this time I went ahead and purchased.
Although I could stream it in my browser fine, I just kept getting the analysis failed error and it bouncing back to the home page.
I tried all the troubleshooting — logging in and out, closing the program down and relaunching it and even rebooted the computer too just in case and the error still persisted.
As I had just purchased it I put in for a refund as per the refund policy it’s within the 14 days (this was within 24 hours of purchasing) and the technical issues are clearly not going to be solved any time soon as I can see now going through the forum this seems to be an ongoing issue.
However, all I’m getting back from the agent Rain is “thank you for your patience our team is aware” — I feel like I’m basically being told to wait so then they can say it’s past the 14 days. I’ve insisted I want my refund and I’ll keep an eye on updates and if it’s resolved I’ll purchase in the future.
Is there any way to get help with not getting the run around in the support tickets? I was helped out with an issue earlier this year by Mona who sorted it so quickly but Rain is just giving me the copy and paste response.
