I consulted the developers about this PCM problem, and here is what they said:
The PCM in video files is not Blu-ray standard PCM audio, so the PCM will be converted into AC 3/5.1.

This pcm audio file come from original UHD "The Phantom Of The Opera 2004 2160p JPN UHD Blu-ray HEVC LPCM 5.1" and no problem in UHDcopy.
