    Run time convert problem

    Hi
    got some 4k uhd discs copied to hdd.
    when i use ripper at 4k pass through all work good.
    when i take the converted file and then look to reduce size by using uhd converter the movie length becomes 5x longer.
    if i run through mkvtoolnix first then this cures the running time but first few minutes no video.
    suspect a common problem and being a newbie missing something.
    any advice?

    Did you mean that the movie is 01:20:00 but the result is 06:00:00 in UHD Ripper?

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Will send log later once home.
      yes when converted shows as 6 hours in mediainfo and media player when run rate should 1hour 20.
      Plays at the right speed just a lot black screen after the end.
