Unable to flash my lg wh16ns40 drive using a NexStart DX drive enclosure.

The new UHD Drive Tool 2.0.0.2 supports to downgrade lg wh16ns40 drive with firmware 1.04 now.

Anyone who has issue downgrading this drive can update DVDFab to have a try.

NOTE: The drive model will become "WH16NS60" from "WH16NS40" after downgrading the firmware, but don't worry, it's safe to downgrade and the downgraded drive will be able read the back-up UHD Blu-ray discs well.

Thanks. The UHD Drive tool seems to have run perfectly. However, my LG WH16NS40 drive is still identified as WH16NS40, but now has firmware 1.02 installed and with very light testing, reads 4kUHD media just fine. I have not tried to actually rip or copy anything with it yet.
Update: test copied a complete 4K/UHD title to verify drive works properly without read errors - all went well.
