Netflix Getting logged out of Netflix (Germany)

    Hi to all,
I have some problems downloading from Netfilx.
    What I did so far:
    • complete deinstallation and reinstallation
    • Open Netflix
    • Log in with my data and selected my profile
    • The I browse to a movie or series and click on it
but instead of getting the download window what to download/what langauage/... I get an error screen from Netflix:
    Ooops, something went wrong...
with a redirect to login again.

The logfile is attached - what went wrong?

    thanks and bye,
    Thomas

Like every monday at this time i'm at work..

Please uninstall all SF versions with removing your Data.
Then remove with Browser all Devices in your Netflix account (info)
Then use the 6167 offline installer and log-in, try one title
and if doesn't work post your StreamFab.log

Orion und das Dunkel (Feb. 02) => can't work, because DRM issue
Masters of the Universe: Revolution (Jan. 25) have maybe DRM issue
Pokémon + Young Sheldon should work

    EDIT:
    System: 64bit System Windows 11 Build 22621
GPU: name, Parallels Display Adapter (WDDM) ,driver 19.2.0.54827

Have you ever been able to successfully download something from Netflix using this system before?
Can you play title in Browser ?

Maybe Germania can have better luck figuring out your StreamFab.log. You used 5 different versions of StreamFab and went to 3 different streaming sites. When sending in a StreamFab.log, delete the existing log and run the latest version of StreamFab, then attach just the log of that one session. Also, you need to tell us what video you were trying to download because it was not obvious from the StreamFab.log that you sent in.
And finally, are you running Windows 10 on a Mac using Parallels? If so, I do not believe that is supported. If you are running that, I will check with the developers. Let me know.

I am sorry, if my initial post had not all information. n(or too much information in the log file)
Yes, I have Windows running on Parallels on a Mac. This worked until Version 6.1.6.1 - then some weird behaviour was observed for Netflix. (only for Netflix)
Therefore the log file had several versions inside, as I hoped that this issue was fixed with any new release.
I have removed all the software with all user settings on each step.

What did the trick was the following:
" Then remove with Browser all Devices in your Netflix account"
          >> thanks a lot for this hint

Now after the reinstallation all works fine again - I just tried it with the series "Wednesday" (FullHD and everything)
Now going again for Pokemon to re-establish Family Peace with my small ones.

thanks again for the fast support, and all the best!
