Hi there, same problem on my side. Nothing goes. If I close Apple TV and open it again, I have to make a new login. But either no download possible and no provider icon.

Hi, installed now 6262: Download works in 1080p, that´s OK for me.

Version 6.2.6.4 doesn't work at all for me with Apple TV. Nothing happens as described above. Also, "Downloads available today:" only says 3/3, like on a demo version. But I'm fully licensed. Version 6.2.6.2 does work for downloading, but only gives SD quality!

I just got an update to 6265 that seems to have resolved 3/3 videos available and the adding to the download queue, however I still can't download anything from AppleTV due to a "Failed to obtain decryption key" error.

I can confirm it works now! After adding something to the queue, it did revert to the /de site, and the download uses /de as well.

Typical… I resurrect my old requiem US account… SF gets fixed! 🤣

All works, even DoVi on my Hisense U8 via a web browser (I don’t bother with plex etc, just plain old trivial web server), doesn’t work with Microsoft’s TV & Movies app, nor with Safari on iDevices, don’t have time to investigate the latter two atm….

Forced subtitles do not appear when downloading. A lot of AppleTV content has forced subtitles, so this will need to be fixed.

I typically get around 60-90 MBs on 4K from Disney+. I’m getting around 60 from Apple at the start of the download and then it drops to around 5-6. Another issue is I am specifying HDR10 and sometimes I get HDR10 and sometimes I get Dolby Vision. It just seems very buggy, but it does say in the release notes that it is in Beta, so I’m going to wait for a bit and see if it gets sorted out. And hopefully they can fix the forced subs too.

TheRaven Are you on VPN? Other than fast.com, ATV is pretty much the only thing that comes close to saturating my symmetric connection to the outside world? Is your TEMP folder on a spinny disk, my TEMP’s on a RAM disk, so I have no bandwidth/IOPS issues when it comes to dumping excess of 10GiBs locally that come from the “internets”?
