DRM Removal for Movies Process Failed

My problem is slightly different in that I have converted all my files bar 3. These are episodes of a popular short series but were made in 1997, and repurchased off itunes recently when my ipod died.
Every time I try I get "Process failed".
I found that with the others I prevented both dvdfab and itunes from going on line and had no problems. I've tried variations of this method but it just won't work on these 3 files.

Post the fab internal log file here just cut and past the last file in the folder that will be the last one done.In most cases Fab needs to be online to get info. from it's servers so try that first.Did you open iTunes and authorize your compute first?
then use the windows folder option to add the file to convert it.

The computer has been authorised but I did it again yesterday just in case. All the other files have converted successfully. I have almost always run fab offline as I have had a very flaky slow connection.
To be honest my initial attempts to use the programme didn't work when I allowed fab online. As soon as I stopped it BINGO off it went.

I tried to do the conversion with fab on line and here is the internal log -

Now I should also let you know I have a very agressive anti virus/hack programme installed and all attempts in and out must be overidden manually.
PITA but it happened to my boss and I use this laptop for work.

Normally handshake errors can be caused most times by about 3 different things I would try it on a different computer if you can or the computer your using must allow Fab access to your firewall in security programs exceptions.

Because DRM removel is so new maybe staff will also reply here and tell us if internet access is necessary for DRM removal and look at your logs.
