  • Audio doesn't play

Having an issue with the audio after conversion. Every movie or television file I have used the DRM on doesn't play the audio on the initial start. If you press pause and then play again, the audio comes on. With the 1000+ television episodes I have, that could be a problem.

Did you play them with ITunes?

I tried playing on my computer through iTunes, on my apple tv and through the Western Digital My Cloud app on my iPhone. There was no sound on any of them unless I paused and hit play again. Tried it on several different transfers with the same results.

Did test the files using just Windows Media Player and they work fine. Tried a new file after the update and still the same problem using apple devices.

It is a known issue. Developer will check it.

Just updated to 10088 and still no fix. The file converts but there is no audio until I pause playback and then hit play again. Its been 8 months and still no fix. Very sorry I spent the money on this.
