DRM Removal for Movies DRM Removal Fail: Error code 21

Updated to latest version this afternoon (v.10.0.9.5 x64)

Unable to remove DRM from recently purchased films on latest version of iTunes

Key entry found in the logging is Info: "[Video DrmRemoval]Removal fail:21:m4v_begin_convert_failed!"

Movies attempted are:

Trolls

Romeo and Juliet

Sorry for the problem, this will be corrected, consider not updating iTunes when you have a version that works..It would be helpful to have the complete DVDFab internal log session generated by this file.

This problem seems to have cropped back up, I'm seeing it on 10.2.1.7 64-bit and 32-bit against iTunes 12.9.0.167 (64-bit), 12.7.3 (64-bit), 12.7.1.14 (64-bit), and 12.6.2.20 (64-bit) -- all the same error, "fail:21:m4v_begin_convert_failed!". This is on a Windows 10 1803 64-bit system.
