Not sure what has happened since the beginning of the month, I had rented 3 movies at one time> DMR worked fine burned to disk no problem. The second week rented 2 more Ford V Ferrari and 21 Bridges. Ford DMR worked fine but 21 got errors. Tried many times 21 again nothing changed. So I did a complete wipe on both drives on this pc boot and storage, fresh windows 10 reinstalled fab and iTunes and tried again now none of the 5 movies will work. I saved only one file from this last time I don't keep files if it works. I'm using version 12.9.0.167 or 12.7.3.46 both same results.

Attach the DVDFab internal log from one of these conversions, they are saved automatically unless you manually delete them.
